Due to receiving several inquiries from offerors and for clarification purposes, this solicitation is for a service requirement with a NAICS Code of 238220 and Product Service Code of N045. This solicitation is not a construction requirement. The VA has provided its response to the inquiries and will not respond to additional RFIs/Questions related to this matter. Quotes previously submitted will not be used for evaluation purposes due to the solicitation documents being revised and posted on 10-22-2025.
