This firm-fixed price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 311511 Fluid Milk Manufacturing, Size Standard: 1,150 employees. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical capability, past performance, and supporting documentation is mandatory.
