Vendors providing quotes shall comply with the detailed instructions in the combined synopsis solicitation 08.27.2025 to fill out VAAR 852.219-76, VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting, attached to this Amendment 001, and return it with their quote. Offerors that fail to provide the fill-in requirements will be deemed ineligible for evaluation and award. 2. The line items for the combined synopsis solicitation have been clarified, including but not limited to line items 1, 15, and 16, and the combined synopsis solicitation is attached. 3.
