PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order Contract to STRYKER SALES, LLC. The procurement will result in a purchase order for Stryker Neptune Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) at VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. The solicitation for this action will be posted to SAM.gov, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
