This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses and Executive Orders that are in effect. This solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSBs. The VA Palo Alto Health Care System is seeking to purchase Brand Name only. Iradimed MRidium 3860+ Non-Magnetic IV Infusion Pump. The basis for the evaluation shall be price alone. The offeror must provide a letter that they are an authorized distributor. The Services Contract Act applies. See Wage decision number SCA 2015-5641. Vendor is required to fill in Attachment VAAR 852.219-76 and return with their quote. Requirement is subject to the Buy American Act. Payment to be made with Tungsten. See attachment.
