As part of its Market Research, NCO 21 is issuing this RFI to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing services as further described in the drafted statement of work. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The drafted statement of work (SOW) describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of work and may vary from the work scope in a final SOW included in any Request for Quote (RFQ). The contractor will be providing medical equipment and service for the VA Palo Alto Medical Center, 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304. There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 423450 Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesaler, with Small Business size of 200 employees. Warranty Case Medical, Inc. at its sole option and without charge will either repair or replace any product determined to be defective in material or workmanship when used for its intended purpose. Lid gasket and filter ring gaskets are under warranty for three full years from the date of purchase. IV. Performance Case Medical s Universal system is a rigid, reusable sealed sterilization container system ideal for standardization. Using one container for all processes results in a streamlined process and cost savings. V.
