PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide a Biosense Carto 3D Navigation and Mapping System (or equal) for the VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System, 975 Kirman Ave, Reno, NV 89052. Please refer to the solicitation for a summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quote using the following NAICS is contemplated: 334510. THIS RFQ SHALL BE SET-ASIDE FOR AUTHORIZED SDVOSB DISTRIBUTORS. THIS SHALL BE A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL REQUIREMENT. Solicitation documents will be available on or about March 19, 2025. The solicitation will contain quote instructions. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct market research to support the procurement of a Biosense CARTO 3 Mapping System (OR EQUAL) for VISN21. This notice serves to survey the market in an attempt to ascertain whether or not sources are capable of providing the requested services. This notice allows potential contractors/vendors to submit a non-binding statement of interest and documentation demonstrating their capability. The sources sought effort is intended to assess industry capabilities and develop/support the intended direction of acquisition planning. The Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is requesting responses from qualified business concerns; the qualifying NAICS code for this effort is 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing. This sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications (Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB), Hub zone, 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, woman owned small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 334510.
