The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing a Brand-name only, WatchPAT-300 with Digital RESBP (Central Plus) Kit at a Firm-Fixed Price for the VA Northern California Health Care System, located at 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655-4200. RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Company Name, Address, Size Standard, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) # Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address NAICS 339112 and Small Business Size Standard 1000 employees Contract number (If applicable) Descriptive Literature with pictures *NOTE Acquisitions will only be set aside for SDVOSBs/VOSBs if two or more responses are received with the required information listed above, by the due date specified below.
