No Solicitation is currently available. The information requested will be used solely within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the Government. The determination of a procurement strategy, based upon the comments submitted in response to this Sources Sought Announcement, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The VA Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information from contractors that can provide preventative maintenance visits on refrigeration units in support of the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Health Care System, (SFVAHCS, headquartered at Sand Francisco VA Medical Center. All work is performed on site at the VA facilities. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310, commercial and industrial machinery and equipment repair and maintenance and the small business size standard is $12.5 Million. A draft Statement of Work (SOW), subject to change, is attached to this notice. The period-of-performance (POP) for the base year 03/01/2025 02/28/2026 plus two one-year option periods. All interested contractors must respond by email to parmpreet.pannu@va.gov no later than 12:00 PM PST on 2/18/2025. The assigned sources sought announcement number 36C26125Q0305 should be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. Please answer the following questions when responding: a) What is your company s Socioeconomic Status? (ex: small business, large business, SDVOSB, etc.). b) If SDVOSB or VOSB, are you registered in https://veterans.certify.sba.gov (Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) ). c) Provide Company s legal name along with UEI #, DUNS, and/or CAGE Code d) Capabilities Statement List of Projects (Government and Commercial) that are similar in scope and size. e) Anticipated Teaming Arrangements (if any). f) If plan on subcontracting, demonstrate that you will meet the limitations on subcontracting per FAR 52.219-14 for Small Businesses; VAAR 852.219-73/74 for SDVOSB/VOSB. g) GSA/VA/SEWP or any government contract; provide the Contract #, if applicable h) The applicable wage determinations are WD 2015-5637 Revision No. 28 Dated 12-22-24. The Government will use this information when determining its business type decision.
