The procurement is for the Praedico Immunization Analytics Module. This contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) and 41 USC §1901, only one will meet the Government s needs. Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the supplies and/or services. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 21 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide the brand name or equal requirement of Praedico Immunization Analytics Module. The requirement is for Praedico Immunization Analytics Module. This is a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL requirement. If providing an EQUAL solution, please revise the part number and description and provide a detailed description of how your solution meets of exceeds the technical requirements. Please note that these requirements are not finalized and is subject to change based on the responses to this Source Sought.
