Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Madison Avenue Support Services (UEI: SURME81KJN78) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The award is a short-term bridge contract for HUD-VASH housing placement and case management services with a period of performance of January 1, 2025 February 28, 2025 (two months) to allow time for the long-term contract to be established.
