The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is requesting quotes for Canteen, Nutrition & Food Service Hood Exhaust Cleaning Services for the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS), at 975 Kirman Avenue, Reno, NV. The Period of Performance will be for a Base Year and Four (4) One-Year Options. The anticipated start date will be January 6, 2025. The Solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis and will be a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. To be eligible for award the Small Business must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code 561720. Potential offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database (https://sam.gov) will render your firm ineligible for award. Offerors shall follow the submission instructions specified on FAR Provisions 52.212-1 and 52.212-2, and their addendums included in this solicitation. PRESOLICIATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit quotations for Canteen, Nutrition & Food Service Hood Exhaust Cleaning Services. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) will require the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, and non-personal services necessary to provide monthly hood cleaning service for the Canteen & NFS hood exhaust system. The contractor shall also have a 24-hour per day, 7-days per week, 365 days a year presence in the Reno, Nevada area to be available for emergencies. The Period of Performance will be for a Base Year and Four (4) One (1)-Year Options. The anticipated start date will be on January 6, 2025. The Solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis and will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses.
