DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 21 (NCO 21) Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). VA Palo Alto Health Care System has an immediate need for Enhanced Geriatric Case Management Services Solicitation Number 36C26125Q0048 for this effort will be posted to SAM.GOV (https://sam.gov) on or about November 18, 2024. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications and information necessary to quote the project. See solicitation for when questions must be submitted.
