Can I ask why it isn't? Answer: It was not set aside SDVOSB because the responses I received from the sources sought did not meet the VA Rule of Two. You were the only SDVOSB that was interested and capable. Question: Is the contractor required to provide services on Federal Holidays? Answer: No
