This is an FY25 Requirement. Task Order Solicitation documents will be available on, after, or about September 4, 2024. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions for Construction Services for Project No. 612A-24-012, to Construct a Gold Star Memorial, Richard A. Pittman Clinic, French Camp, CA, 95231 Description: TIME SENSITIVE REQUIREMENT - THE UPCOMING SOLCITATION WILL BE A TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). Task Order Proposals will only be requested and accepted from NCO 21 MACC GROUP IDIQ HOLDERS ONLY that are verified and registered in SAM.gov and verified by the SBA in Vert Cert as an SDVOSB business from the Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21), see following paragraph about SAM.gov and SBA Vet Cert portal verification. *Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See https://www.sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/index.jsf ). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. The small business size standard is $45.0 Million. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated between $250,000 and $500,000. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) will be issuing a request for a Task Order proposal for an NCO 21 MACC GROUP 2 eligible vendor to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Gold Star Memorial at the Richard A. Pittman, VA Clinic as required by drawings and specifications that will be posted with the solicitation. The location of the requirement will be the Department of Veterans Affairs, Richard A. Pittman VA Clinic, 6505 S. Manthey Road, French Camp, CA 95231 as required in the SOW, drawings, and specifications. This is a time sensitive requirement. Total Duration of Construction will be 90 calendar days from notice to proceed (NTP). Contractor will complete all work within 60 calendar days from notice to proceed (NTP) except 80 flagpole and other electrical items work cited in the statement of Work (SOW). The SOW will be published with the solicitation. Work must include, but not limited to the following: Construction of Gold Star Memorial at Richard A. Pittman VA Clinic project scope of work consists of but not limited to a) Site Investigation, b) Demolition and c) Landscaping. All exterior work shall blend into the existing land. Site preparation for installation of monument and benches, concrete work, installation of benches and memorial bricks, and installation of a new flagpole. Modification of curbs and walkways, installation of plantings, plumbing includes irrigation lines and electrical Low voltage lighting work required for uplighting. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements. The SOW, specifications, drawings, and attachments for all details will be published when the Solicitation has been posted.
