Solicitation documents will be available on or about July 30, 2024. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instruction. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) Group 1 from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. IAW VAAR 836.204. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to persia.ryan@va.gov and cc: daniel.jhun@va.gov Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a request for proposal for Cat-6 network cables and installation services at Sacramento VA Medical Center, Redding VA Outpatient Clinic, and Martinez VA Outpatient Clinic in the SPS (Sterile Processing Service) areas. Services shall be provided for the Department of Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System Sterile Processing Service. The duration of this project is approximately 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
