Solicitation documents will be available on or about January 10, 2024. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instruction. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) Group 1 from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. IAW VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The duration of this project is approximately 120 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
