Construction Services for Project No. 612A4-21-011, Correct Sacramento Entrance Access and Parking This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about October 12, 2023. The solicitation will contain all necessary solicitation instructions. Offers will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21 Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) Group 2 from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Small business size standard is $45M. Per VAAR 836.204, magnitude of the project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to angela.oppenheimer@va.gov. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a request for proposal for a general construction contractor to modify concrete sidewalks, walkways, Americans with Disabilities (ADA) ramps, parking lots, roadway, roundabout, crosswalks, hardscapes, landscaping, drainage, landscaping, signage and roadway markings, electrical site lighting, and other items as required by the drawings and specifications. The overall project will be performed around various locations within the Mather campus and will be completed in two phases. The duration of this project is approximately 150 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
