The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 513210: Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $47.0 Million. The FSC/PSC is 7A21: IT and Telecom Business Application Software (Perpetual License Software). The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for the Medbridge Subscription to Medbridge, INC, 10900 NE 4TH ST, STE 2300, Bellevue, WA 98004-5882. There are no other sources of supply/service that will satisfy agency requirements to Medbridge, INC is the only vendor that can provide the requested Medbridge Subscription. There were no other companies that were identified that can meet this requirement. The VA Sierra Pacific Network (VISN 21) is seeking to establish the following: Line Item Description QTY 0001 Silver(Lite) 472 Any responsible source that feels it is capable in performing this requirement may submit a quote (monthly) for the above listed items and describe and/or submit documentation to support your capabilities.
