No Solicitation is currently available. All information contained in this Sources Sought Announcement is preliminary, as well as subject to modification, and is in no way binding on the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request. The information requested will be used solely within the Department of Veterans Affairs to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the Government. The determination of a procurement strategy, based upon the comments submitted in response to this Sources Sought Announcement, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621492, Kidney Dialysis Centers, and the small business size standard is $47 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is performing market research to determine if there are any vendors, regardless of business size, that can provide perform inpatient Hemodialysis treatment services to Veteran patients who are being cared for as inpatients at VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS), per the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Only firms interested and capable should send their information and/or capability statement and any questions by email to Lydia.emenike@va.gov no later than 10:00 AM Pacific, August 13, 2024. If interested, please provide ALL the following information: Name of Company Point of Contact Name, phone number, and email address DUNS number Socio-economic status such as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, VOSB, Women-Owned Small Business, etc. should be included. SDVOSB/VOSB status will be verified using VetBiz. (If Applicable) Capability statements How many employees do you have in or around Fresno, CA metropolitan area? Describe experience providing On-site Per-procedure Dialysis Services? Identify price schedule structure for these services based on the requirements in the SOW. Before responding please carefully read and consider the following: As this is a service acquisition, the Small Business Administration and the Federal Acquisition Regulation have a Limitations on Subcontracting requirement. For all small businesses, to include SDVOSB and VOSB, at least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern.
