PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Roche Diagnostics Corporation. The procurement will result in a Bridge Contract for continued monthly rental and support services for currently installed Immunohistochemistry (IHC), In-Situ Hybridization (ISH), and Special Staining Systems currently in use at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System. The solicitation for this action will be posted to SAM.gov, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. After consideration, the Government will determine whether to proceed with the sole source acquisition.
