The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market research to determine if there are any vendors, regardless of business size, that can outline the requirements and specifications for the development and implementation of the Apex Officer Training Simulator. (See attached SOW). There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 334111 with Small Business size of 1250 employees.
