The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market research to determine if there are any vendors, regardless of business size, that can provide an On-Call Mobile Crisis/Rapid Response Team to conduct Mental Health Crisis Evaluation Services for the VA Northern California Healthcare System (VANCHCS) as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
