THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide Brand Name or Equal 3 Cain Boiler economizers model RTR-1SF25.3CSS_IOM to be installed and commissioned. The place of performance is at the Central Energy Plant Building No. 2, at North Las Vegas, Nevada. Please refer to the solicitation for a summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quote using the following NAICS is contemplated: 238220. A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE ON THE OPEN MARKET IS CONTEMPLATED. THIS SHALL BE A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL REQUIREMENT. Solicitation documents will be available on or about April 18, 2024. The solicitation will contain quote instructions. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
