04/25/2024 – An amendment to post questions and answers, as well supporting document “19075 - Patient Elopement Asbuilds.pdf” for the Wanderguard system mapping/components, has been completed. The amendment states that it needs to be acknowledged when submitting quotes. 04/24/2024 - This Request For Quote (RFQ) is a VOSB set-aside to support VA Northern California Healthcare System (VACCHCS). The intent of this RFQ is to procure a corrective and preventative service agreement with option years for a patient elopement wander management system at a VA facility. See the Schedule in Section B. to fill-in pricing and information for the items being requested. See the Delivery Schedule in Section B. to fill-in delivery time after receipt of order. Questions and Quotes shall be submitted by email only. Questions are due by April 24, 2024 at 2 PM PT. No questions will be accepted afterwards.
