The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, is conducting market research to determine potential sources that possess the skills, capabilities, and experience necessary to provide Laboratory Courier Services for VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. The performance period is anticipated to include a Base Year plus Four (4) Option Years for a firm fixed price contract. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this sources sought synopsis. The Capabilities Statement for this sources sought is not expected to be a Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach, but rather short statements regarding the company s ability to demonstrate experience in relation to the areas specified herein.
