The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing BRAND NAME OR EQUAL REQUIREMENT for procurement and install of a Patient Elopement Wander (PEW) Prevention System at a firm fixed price for a VA Central California Healthcare System Facility. The basis of design is the Wanderguard Wander Management System. See DRAFT Statement of Work and Minimum Technical Requirements attached.
