Network 21 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Censis Technologies NAICS Code 333517 - Machine Tool Manufacturing - with a size standard of 500 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to the proprietary nature of the equipment and continued system upgrade needed for this procurement. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
