PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE PARKING COUNTER SYSTEM Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office is considering issuing a commercial Request for Proposal for the Purchase and Installation of a Parking Garage Counter System at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. The installation shall consist of all the necessary parts and shop drawings to complete the work described in the attached statement of work. We invite the interested parties to join us in a pre-solicitation conference so that we may discuss the possible commercial applications for the project. The conference will be held as follows: VA Palo Alto Healthcare System Room B101,C1-100 3801 Miranda Avenue Palo Alto California, 94304 DATE: September 20, 2023, 0900 AM-10:30AM Pacific Time The participation in this event, will provide us information to determine if this can be handled through a commercial application, and the type of business set-aside that should be applied to the requirement. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents are not currently available and may become available in the next 30-45 days. How this project will be solicited will be based on the outcome of the pre-solicitation conference. Estimated project cost is between $2,500,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
