Solicitation documents will be available on or about July 27, 2023. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instruction. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) Group 1 from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $39.5M. IAW VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to daniel.jhun@va.gov Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a request for proposal for a general construction contractor to replace carpet, repair and repaint walls in accordance with the SOW located at the Las Vegas Fisher House, 6900 North Pecos Road, Building 8, North Las Vegas, Nevada, 89086.
