Task Order Solicitation documents will be available on, after, or about July 14, 2023. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions. Description: THE UPCOMING SOLCITATION WILL BE A TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). Task Order Proposals will only be requested and accepted from VISN 21 MACC GROUP 1, IDIQ HOLDERS ONLY that are verified and registered in SAM.gov and verified by the SBA in Vert Cert as an SDVOSB business from the Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21), see following paragraph about SAM.gov and SBA Vet Cert portal verification. *Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See https://www.sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/index.jsf ). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. The small business size standard is $45.0 Million. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated between $25,000 and $100,000. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to Rosario Chaidez, Contract Specialist, at email: Rosario.chaidez1@va.gov Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) will be issuing a request for a Task Order proposal for a VISN 21, MACC GROUP 1 eligible vendor to provide all supplies, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, licensing, and other items or services necessary for the demolition, removal, and replacement of three (3) hollow metal double door and frame assemblies at the Department of Veterans Affairs, San Francisco VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, California 94121 as required in the SOW, drawings, and specifications. Period of performance (POP) for construction shall be 30 days. Work must include, but not limited to the following: The contractor must set up a suitable containment structure surrounding each of the three (3) separate areas prior to start of work. The contractor must demo and remove each assembly separately. An assessment will be made of all new deliverables, and all existing hardware currently installed for compatibility and re-use or re-installation on replacement assemblies prior to beginning any work (as specified by VA staff). Each assembly will be installed in a way such as to retain its original size and footprint. All work is to be conducted after normal business hours, and at night in accordance with, and at the direction of Emergency Department Staff and the COR or Designee. This work is to take place at the Department of Veterans Affairs, San Francisco Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, California 94121 as required in the SOW and specifications. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements. The SOW, specifications, and attachments for all details will be published when the Solicitation has been posted. The Period of Performance (POP) for this project is estimated to be about 30 calendar days or more from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
