Construction Service for Project No. 612-23-012, Correct Patient Elopement, Martinez CA This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about April 25, 2023. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instruction. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) Group 1 from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. IAW VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to priscilla.murray@va.gov Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a request for proposal for a general construction contractor to Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and necessary engineering services to perform installation & commissioning of one (1) low voltage electronic perimeter type sensor for an exterior door. Sensor shall be compatible with existing system: Stanley WanderGuard Blue EX5700 Door Controller, IAW SOW. The duration of this project is sixty (60) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
