Las Vegas NV. This Pre-Solicitation No. 36C26123R0035 is in conjunction with sources sought notice number 36C26123R0035 posted in SAM.gov Contract Opportunities on 01/19/2023. All information in this pre-solicitation announcement is preliminary, as well as subject to modification, and is no way binding on the Government. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) will be issuing a request for proposal to procure construction to remodel main pharmacy compounding spaces for VASNHCS located at 6900 North Pecos Rd, N. Las Vegas NV, 89086. General Description of the work includes, but not limited to, the following: The contractor must provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, contractor quality control (CQC), supervision, project management, administrative support, required engineering, overhead, profit, and specialized expertise to upgrade Pharmacy areas to meet and comply with the new US Pharmacopeia Convention (USP), USP 800 codes, regulations, requirements, and compounding standards. The contractor shall remove some portions of existing interior partitions, wall finishings and items attached to the walls, floor finishings, ceiling tiles and grids, casework and cabinets. Portions of the air distribution and exhaust ductwork systems are to be demolished and replaced with dedicated air volume control boxes, laminar flow diffusers with HEPA filters, and low exhaust registers with dedicated exhaust air ducts for each room. Existing plumbing fixtures are to be demolished and water branches capped as needed. New plumbing installation includes a new sink with emergency eyewash attachment and emergency eyewash station to accommodate the remodeling of the space. New electrical installations include junction boxes, receptacles, voice/data outlets, door access and hand wave entry systems, and light fixtures and controls. A request for proposal will be issued as a total SDVOSB set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $39.5M. PSC Code is Z1DA, Maintenance of Hospitals and Infirmaries. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Potential Offerors shall be verified as SDVOSB to be eligible for an award in Small Business Administration (SBA) VetCert database at: https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ pursuant to 38 U.S.C. 8127 and VAAR subpart 819.70. A proposal will be rejected and will not be considered for an award if offeror s SDVOSB/VOSB status cannot be verified at the time of submission of proposal and prior to award. Las Vegas, NV, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) VISN 21. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought Notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. All information contained in this Sources Sought Announcement is preliminary, as well as subject to modification. Although proposal, offeror, contractor, and offeror may be used in this sources sought notice, any response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct market research to support the project identified above. This notice serves to survey the market in an attempt to ascertain whether or not sources are capable of providing the requested services.
