Removal and Replacement of Hallway Flooring at Building 203, San Francisco VA Health Care System (SFVAHCS) Construction Services Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Proposal for the project Removal and Replacement of Hallway Flooring at Bldg 203, SFVAHCS . The project will be located at the San Francisco VA Health Care Services Building 203, 4150 Clement St, San Francisco, CA 94121 This project is to remove, abate, and install new flooring in the hallways of building 203 at SFVAHCS as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The awarded contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, contractor quality control (CQC), supervision, project management, administrative support, and construction services and expertise as required by the scope, construction drawings, and specifications. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $39.5M. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about December 16, 2023. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 in accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects.
