Replace Elevators Throughout Mather VA Medical Center Construction Services for Project 612A4-22-001 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Proposal for the project Replace Elevators Throughout Mather VA Medical Center . The project will be located at the Mather VA Medical Center, 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655. This project is to replace elevators throughout Veteran Affairs Mather VA Medical Center with reliable, safe, and New Modernized Elevator Systems. There exists a total of seven (7) elevators scoped for replacements prioritized into three (3) CLINS. The awarded contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, contractor quality control (CQC), supervision, project management, administrative support, and construction services and expertise to construct/install the new elevator systems as required by the scope, construction drawings, and specifications. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors, and the small business size standard is $16.5M. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be a total Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about January 10, 2023. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 in accordance with VAAR 836.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects.
