The purpose of this sources sought is to identify qualified businesses, including Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), small-disadvantaged businesses (SDB), Women-owned Small Business (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business, 8(a) Small Business, Small Business concerns and other than Small Business that are interested in and capable of performing the work described herein. The NAICS code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the corresponding size standard is $39.5 Million. Your responses to the sources sought will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible.
