The contract to Strategic Industry, Inc. will provide construction services with VAPA design assistance to upgrade the newly renovated building 348 to comply with new space requirements and correct deficiencies left in the design and construction of previous project for the Menlo Park, California, VA Health Care System. NAICS code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (SBA Size Standard $39.5 Million), The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
