Network 21 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to BioPro, Inc. NAICS Code 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to the proprietary nature of the equipment and continued system upgrade needed for this procurement. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
