Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 The VA Palo Alto Health Care System intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ), 36C26123Q1219, for a Brand Name or Equal Acoustic Ceiling and Wall Panels. This firm-fixed-price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the corresponding NAICS Code is 314999. Coming soon, RFQ document 36C26123Q1219 for requirements. Offerors are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C26123Q1219. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical supporting documentation is mandatory. It is in the best interest of the vendor to read the solicitation in its entirety. The supporting documentation required to be completed will be used to determine whether the quoted service for this requirement meets the salient characteristic need of the solicitation.
