Network 21 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Norman S. Wright Mechanical Equipment Corp NAICS Code 332322 - Sheet Metal Work Manufacturing -, with a size standard of 500 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to the custom nature of the equipment and continued system upgrade needed for this procurement. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government.
