DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 21 (NCO 21) Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) has a requirement for HVAC Maintenance Services. Solicitation Number 36C26123Q1038 for this effort will be posted to SAM.GOV (https://sam.gov) on or about August 9, 2023. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications and information necessary to quote the project. All request for information must be submitted no later than 5 days prior to quote due date.
