Question & Answer RFQ 36C26123Q1034-CCure 9000 Software upgrade We seek your guidance and clarification regarding the VA PIV Card requirement. Our query pertains to whether the VA PIV Card should be obtained after the award or if it should already be in possession during the proposal submission. This information is essential for us to proceed with assembling our proposal correctly. "1. Be a CCure authorized vendor with a certified technician with a current VA PIV Card and 0 Account Access." VA PIV Cards shall be obtained after award, before access to the Facility is granted.

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit proposals for Physical Access Controlled System (PACS) from qualified quoters. PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit proposals for Physical Access Controlled System (PACS) from qualified quoters. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) VA Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS) requires the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Physical Access Controlled System (Ccure-9000) software upgrade, at multiple sites for VAPIHCS, 459 Patterson Road, Honolulu, HI 96819. The Period of Performance will be August 15, 2023 2/14/2023. The anticipated start date will be on or near August 15, 2023. The Solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis and will be a Total Small Business set-aside. To be eligible for award the business must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code. Potential offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database will render your firm ineligible for award. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about July 25, 2023. Quotes will be accepted commencing with the issuance date of the solicitation. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from the www.sam.gov website, as no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective contractors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the www.sam.gov website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM) prospective contractors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award. SAM registration is required under the applicable NAICS Code.
