Government Response to Vendor Questions Vendor Question - How will the contractor install the SFIC cores? Government Response - this conversion to electronic key system allows the Contractor the ability to install the Cylinders. Our locksmith will remove existing so the Contractor can install the new. Vendor Question - Section G.3. Contractor shall be responsible for installing new electronic cylinders in designated doors as indicated by the VA. Can the VA clarify how many cylinders will need to be installed? Government Response The SOW specifically states 3000 cylinders. Vendor Question - Section B. 3 on page 7, Can the VA provide clarification on invoice payment terms? Government Response This is a supply contract, as such, invoicing will be accepted upon delivery, installation and Government acceptance. Arrangements outside of that would be situational and at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
