The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, is conducting market research to determine potential sources that possess the skills, capabilities, and experience necessary to provide Release of Information Services for VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304.
