I apologize for the page number error; this is an internal system error generated from recent updates to the system. Some of the pages may have duplicate numbers or were skipped. The actual total number of pages is 79. 3. I have gone through with the requirement however I am not able to find manufacturer name, do you have manufacturer name, or do you have any preferred manufacturer you would like to go with. The manufacturer is unknown because it s a multiple layer system that we have throughout the whole VAPIHCS sites. 4. Is this requirement for new Product/Project? This will be considered new product since our initial phase 1 of the contract will be repairs/replacing panel, batteries and getting our software Ccure 9000 upgraded, and license renew. 5. If not new, do you have current or previous manufacturer from whom end user is getting services with. PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit proposals for Physical Access Controlled System (PACS) from qualified quoters. PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit proposals for Physical Access Controlled System (PACS) from qualified quoters. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) VA Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS) requires the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Physical Access Controlled System (Ccure-9000) software upgrade, at multiple sites for VAPIHCS, 459 Patterson Road, Honolulu, HI 96819. The Period of Performance will be for a Base year July 01, 2023 June 30, 2024. The anticipated start date will be on or near July 01, 2023. The Solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis and will be 100% Set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following website: https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov. Companies must have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on the registration to be considered for an award. Potential offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database will render your firm ineligible for award. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about June 7, 2023. Quotes will be accepted commencing with the issuance date of the solicitation. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from the www.sam.gov website, as no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process.
