The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASHS) requires the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform full replacement of VA Owned UPS batteries at VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086.
