The Contractor shall provide performance-based transportation and medical escort services. Transportation services will include escort and transport services for eligible veteran patients of the Department of Veterans Affairs Pacific Islands Healthcare System (VAPIHCS). Transportation services entails bed-to-bed services and may therefore include ground transport, air travel arrangement, air transport, and any other ancillary services related to bed-to-bed medical escort services. Medical escort services include escort of VAPIHCS patients while at a medical treatment facility or other VA facility. This RFQ will result in a single award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract vehicle.
