The VA Southern Nevada Health Care System located in North Las Vegas, NV intends to issue RFQ 36C26123Q0348 to procure driver rehabilitation services. This firm-fixed price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 611692. Please see RFQ document 36C26123Q0348 for requirements. Quoters are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C26123Q0348. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical, past performance, and supporting documentation is mandatory. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether or not the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation.
