The Veterans Administration, SAOW Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is issuing this solicitation in support of the VA Central California Health Care System and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, administration, transportation, to execute carpet cleaning/shampooing hospital offices and other areas for all indicated activities within the Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS) system in accordance with Government mandated standards/outputs. See attached Statement of Work for more details. Please note that this Sources Sought Notice is for information only and does not constitute a solicitation for competitive bids/proposals. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirement are invited to submit information describing their capability to provide the required services.
