The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21 is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing all personnel, equipment, and services to perform laboratory services to include packaging and transport of specimens to its laboratory; pre-analytic processing as defined in its laboratory user s manual; performing test for prostate cancer molecular testing for San Francisco VA Health Care System (SFVAHCS).
